policies and terms

Check-in and ID

The check-in and check-out times are shown on each stay. Every adult guest must show a passport or national ID at check-in. Guests under 18 must stay with an adult.

Booking and payment

A request is not a booking until we confirm it. Once we confirm, we will send you the payment details. Your dates are held when we receive your payment.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 7 days before check-in, you receive a full refund. If you cancel 3 to 7 days before check-in, you receive 50 percent. If you cancel less than 3 days before check-in, there is no refund.

Security deposit and damage

We may ask for a refundable security deposit before check-in. We return it within 7 days after check-out, less the cost of any damage or missing items.

House rules

No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. No smoking indoors. Visitors who are not on the booking need our approval first.

Number of guests

The number of guests must not be more than the maximum shown for the stay. If you would like to bring extra people, please ask us first.

Cleaning

Please leave the home in a reasonable state. We charge a cleaning fee if it is left very dirty, has strong smells, or needs extra cleaning.

Early check-in and late check-out

Please ask us in advance. If the home is free, we will do our best to say yes. A fee may apply.

Airport and SGR transfers

If you book a pickup or drop off, please share your flight or train number and time. We wait up to 1 hour after a late arrival. The transfer fee is shown when you book.
